Every downloadable asset, spreadsheet, and document provided by Spectra Stage is covered by this Template Usage License.

🛡️ What You CAN Do (Permitted Use):

• Modify & Customize: You are fully licensed to edit, re-brand, add your logos to, and alter any template (IMPs, Run Sheets, Vendor Trackers, Volunteer Forms) to suit your specific event, client, or site needs.

• Internal Team Distribution: You may share customized copies of these templates with your direct event staff, contractors, local licensing officers, security heads, and council inspectors for operational execution.

• Multi-Event Use: Active members may reuse and adapt downloaded templates across multiple personal or commercial events.

🚫 What You CANNOT Do (Prohibited Use):

• Resell or Redistribution: You may not resell, sublicense, package, or redistribute raw or modified Spectra Stage templates in any public template library, marketplace, or digital store.

• Public File Sharing: You may not upload unedited raw template files to public file-sharing forums, open Google Drive links, or social media groups.
